How To Wake Up Happy

Here are 10 ways to wake up happy. Do them daily and you will be so happy that you won’t be able to contain yourself.

Talk to someone who makes you feel appreciated.

Listen to your favorite song everyday.

Cultivate love.

Smile.

Take your mind off of the little self.

Be in the moment right here, right now.

Acknowledge that you are not alone and you won’t feel alone.

Maintain positive thoughts.

Don’t go to bed angry.

Repeat everything the next day.
